Thermo formed covers

Thermoformed holsters base their principle on a smooth sheet of acrylic PVC, which through various processes and always through heat, is molded around the required weapon mold.

When we find a thermoformed cover, it can be due to two main reasons:

Injection Sleeves

Injection sleeves are based on a mold that, after pressure injecting the polymers and other compounds (ballistic nylon, glass, etc.) mixed in liquid form by fusion, are cooled, giving rise to a single sleeve base. piece, no overlap.
